"All payments due in U.S. dollars (USD) prior to shipment. Electrikgrid respectfully reserves the right to decline reservations or order requests. All international shipments made in compliance with U.S. export law."

Comments or Questions:

The cost is $1290 per attendee unless  session is hosted at an entity's site in which case cost will be discounted to $995 per attendee for all attendees.

Names may be substituted at any time. Attendance may be scheduled up to a year in advance. With payment requested 30 days in advance of scheduled training to firm scheduled training slot. Slots filled on first-come-first serve basis. All payments due prior to beginning session. 

Substitutions for names of those with confirmed reservations are accepted up until the start of training. Entity will receive credit for no-shows for attendance at future session. There are no refunds for no-shows. Full refunds for cancellations >30 days in advance.

Confirmation for attendees will be by e-mail for (a) pre-registration and (b) confirmed attendance (upon payment). Pre-registration allows planning by blocking training slots well in advance of the training dates.
